Returns and Refunds Policy

At Tahlia Loft, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in offering high-quality bathroom accessories, bedroom equipment, kitchen appliances, living room accessories, and outdoor accessories. This Returns & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.

Payment Method
Tahlia Loft operates exclusively with Cash on Delivery (COD). Customers are required to pay for their orders at the time of delivery. Since we do not process online payments, refunds are only applicable under specific conditions described below.

Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product you received is damaged or defective.
  • The product is incorrect or not as described.
  • The item is missing parts or accessories that were shown on the website.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected].
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase (such as order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

  • Items damaged after delivery due to customer misuse.
  • Products used or not returned in their original packaging.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order details, reason for return, and photo evidence (if applicable).
  3. Once approved, our support team will guide you through the return instructions.
  4. Items must be returned to the address provided by our customer support team.

Refunds (if applicable)
As all payments are made via Cash on Delivery, refunds are not processed to bank accounts or cards. Instead, one of the following resolutions will apply:

  • Replacement: You will receive a replacement for the defective or incorrect item.

Refunds or replacements will be processed after inspection of the returned item.

Order Cancellation
Orders may only be canceled before dispatch. Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
